hcg injection side effects

One of the most common questions about HCGdrops and the HCG diet is “Are there any side effects?” or put another way, “Is HCG safe?” This question isn’t as straightforward as you might think, because there are different types of HCG, and even different types of HCG drops. Most online articles won’t tell you what type of HCG they are talking about, or they get them mixed up. So let’s briefly cover the types of HCG and different sources of the HCG diet side effects you may experience.

HCG Injections Side Effects

When using HCG injections, you are using pharmaceutical HCG, which requires a prescription to purchase in the U.S. This category also includes sublingual (under the tongue) HCG, which also requires a prescription. Be aware that other, non-prescription types of HCG are also taken under the tongue. If you run across anything talking about HCG drops or sublingual HCG, make sure you know whether it’s referring to pharmaceutical HCG or not.
All pharmaceutical HCG is based on Pregnyl, the brand name of the drug. Pregnyl is usually used as a fertility treatment and is taken in doses of 500 to 4,000 IU (international units) per day. When taken as part of the HCG diet, you should only take 125 IU.

As a prescription medication, the side effects of HCG injections can be serious. The seriousness of side effects is often related to dosage, so you can expect that the large amounts used for fertility treatments will have worse side effects than the small amount used as part of the HCG diet. Most articles that talk about HCG diet side effects conveniently ignore this fact. You can expect the same side effects as Pregnyl, but they probably won’t be as common or as intense.

Using HCG injections to control your weight

Using HCG injections to control your weight

Throughout the year, celebrations and holidays are almost always synonymous with gaining unwanted pounds. This is especially true for the last three months of the year, with the succession of holidays and the cold weather causing increased appetite among people. Unfortunately, this drives the numbers up for obesity, and according to the Center for Disease Control, there are over 65% of Americans who are overweight, and 35% of them are obese.
Using HCG injections to control your weight
The last quarter of the year poses the most challenge for those who wish to maintain or lose weight. Halloween comes with trick or treating, and while it is mostly for the kids, the temptations that candies and other sweets bring is just sometimes too much to resist. Parents who sometimes accompany their children in buying the candies, and by helping them prepare them for trick or treaters, they end up trying more than what they should. Come November, the family gets together for a Thanksgiving celebration which usually comes with turkey and pumpkin pie. And the celebration continues on December, where Christmas morning home cooked meals are just a delight to miss out on.
By New Year’s, everyone’s favourite resolution is to lose weight by eating right and exercising regularly. Every year, this is perhaps the most overused – but it is because the changes did not happen. Somewhere along the way, the diet faded away and the regular exercises became but a memory. Sadly, the numbers keep on increasing – there are more and more overweight Americans now than there were the years prior.
Using HCG injections to control your weight
To address this problem, HCG Injections are now available to present a different kind of solution to the issue of obesity. HCG Injections come as a part of an overall weight loss system where, when paired with a healthy and low calorie diet, yields enormous weight loss results. There are different companies that provide a full line of HCG products that can help with weight loss – whether as a supplement to your healthy diet and lifestyle, or a starting point for those who have not yet worked on their New Year’s resolutions. HCG Injections provide vitamins and minerals that are essential while losing weight, as well as the motivation that comes with rapid and healthy weight loss, giving people more determination to push through with the promises they made to themselves. HCG Injections are safe for the body, as the hormone HCG is naturally produced during pregnancy to help support the growing baby.
There are different ways that HCG can be employed as a weight loss product, but the injections are the most extreme yet most effective of all. The plan lasts for 28 or 56 days depending on the consumer, and has reported to have caused weight loss amounting to 10 or 20 pounds within a month. The HCG Injections are paired with a 500-800 calorie diet; but fret not, as the HCG Injection’s responsibility is to maintain muscle form while your body sheds unwanted fat. HCG Injections help reset the body’s metabolism and maintains appetite while shedding off belly fat.

HCG Injections are not designed as a lifestyle change, but rather a helping hand to making one. Upon losing weight from HCG Injections, it can provide more motivation and determination to its users, enabling them to make healthier decisions and inspiring them to make a lifestyle change on their own.

hcg diet reviews

HCG Diet Shots

There is a plethora of hCG injections out on the market and they all have their proprietary blends that separate them from the rest of the pack. Today, we’re going to take a look at one of the most promising hCG injections on the market. The name of the product is called the Create Your Shapde hCG Diet injections.

There are only a few companies that help people lose weight, and the people behind the Create your Shape hCG diet injections is one of them.
When you purchase your own supply of the Create Your Shape hCG Diet injections, you will get a specific plan of action. For example, you want to lose 30 pounds of weight using the hCG diet protocol, they will give you a specific set of instructions on what you should do to get that target weight.

There are two phases that you need to be aware of when you’re taking the Create your Shape hCG Diet injections. The first phase is what is commonly known as the “Loading Phase”. This phase is primarily centered on the introduction of the hCG diet injections into your system. This phase is perfect for two days.
While on the loading phase, you can eat whatever you want, provided that you take the Create your Shape hCG diet injections twice a day. On the third day onwards marks the 2nd phase.
The Second phase is where the real diet actually begins. This is where you will have to eat 500-calorie meals a day until you reach your desired weight goal (in this case, 30 lbs). Not all people should undergo weeks of strenuous and strict dieting, like I said, you only need to be reaching your target goal. After losing 30 lbs (as an example), you will then return to eating at least 1,800 calories a day again. You still have to take the Create your Shape hCG Diet injections because this will help you lose weight even when you’re not on the 2nd phase anymore.

Proscar: Dosage, Side Effects & Indications

PROSCAR (FINASTERIDE)

Proscar Information

Also commonly known as Finasteride, Proscar is a drug that is largely employed in the treatment of such conditions as benign prostatic hyperplasia and hair loss. It acts by preventing the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the human male body. The conversion of testosterone to DHT is the primary cause of baldness and enlarged prostate development.
Proscar should never be taken by a woman or a child. Finasteride can be absorbed through the skin, and women or children should not be permitted to handle Proscar tablets.
Although Proscar is not for use by women, this medication can cause birth defects if a woman is exposed to it during pregnancy. Proscar tablets should not be handled by a woman who is pregnant or who may become pregnant. If a woman accidentally comes into contact with this medication from a broken or crushed tablet, wash the area with soap and water right away.

Proscar

Proscar Indications

The main usage of Proscar is to treat cases of enlarged prostate (also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia, in scientific terms). Treatment with this drug can also be employed to treat hair loss, baldness or male pattern baldness. Other conditions can be treated as well by use of Proscar (Finasteride), so if you want t o know more about why you have been prescribed this drug, ask your personal health care specialist.
Before starting treatment with this drug, it is advised that you let your personal physician know about any diseases you are suffering from at the moment, and make sure he or she is aware of your entire medical history, as some conditions may require receiving an altered dosage, undergoing special monitoring while following Proscar treatment or may prevent you from taking this drug altogether. The intakes should be accompanied with a glass of water, to reduce stomach upset. They can also be taken with or without food, according to personal preference.

Proscar Warnings

Proscar is a male only medicine, and therefore there is no reason for it to be prescribed to or taken by women. Pregnant women in particular should avoid all contact with the drug, as it can be absorbed by the skin and can cause birth defects on an unborn baby. Any kind of contact can be hazardous, especially if the Proscar pill has been crushed or broken, as in this state it can more easily pass through the skin.
Special care should be employed when the patient following Finasteride treatment has history of liver disease. Please make sure your personal health care specialist is aware of any liver condition that you may have, or have had in the past, as this situation calls for an altered dosage and special monitoring during treatment. There are no restrictions on food or beverage consumption while following treatment with this drug.

Proscar Intake Guidelines

Talk to your personal health care specialist and set up a regular intake schedule for your Proscar treatment, and follow it closely. He should also supply with a detailed list of intake guidelines, and if you have trouble understanding any of the intake guidelines, please ask your doctor, a pharmacist or a nurse to help you clarify them. Special monitoring may be required during a treatment with this medicine, to make sure there are no signs of prostate cancer developing at any time.

Proscar Dosage

Ask your personal health care specialist to give you the Proscar dosage best suited to you, as it largely depends on a number of factors such as age, sex, weight, general health condition and medical history. Under no circumstances should you self medicate. Once you have the dosage the doctor specified, make sure you are closely following it, without altering the Proscar doses in any way, either by changing the time interval between intakes or the intake dosage.

Proscar Overdose

There have been no studied cases of Finasteride overdose, but if you have reasons to suspect that you are suffering from one, immediately consult your personal health care specialist or go to the nearest hospital to seek emergency medical attention. The exact symptoms of Proscar overdose have not yet been established, so almost any type of effects can come with an overdose with this drug, most likely with serious – and possibly even lethal – consequences.

Proscar Missed Dose

You should always remember to take Proscar as scheduled. Should you ever happen to miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for another intake. If it is almost time for another intake, it is better to entirely skip that dose and continue with the regular intake schedule. Never take a double dose of this drug to make up for a lost one. It is advised that you let your personal health care specialist know about any doses you may have missed, as he could decide to modify your dosage or intake schedule depending on the number of missed doses and the usual dosage.

Proscar Side Effects

There are a few side effects associated with Proscar treatment. Some of the more serious are allergic reactions, such as hives, closed throat, breathing difficulties, swellings of the tongue, lips or mouth. Should you experience any of these, immediately seek medical attention at the nearest hospital. Other side effects may appear as well when following Proscar treatment: a decrease in sex drive, a decrease in the volume of ejaculation, impotence or enlarged breasts. Other effects may appear as well, so if you notice anything unusual and suspect it’s related to your Proscar treatment, immediately contact your personal health care specialist.
Decreased sexual ability/desire may occur. In some men, this medication can decrease the amount of semen released during sex. This is harmless, but has continued in some men even after stopping treatment. Finasteride may also increase hair growth. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of a serious allergic reaction may include: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

Proscar Drug Reactions

To this point, there have been no cases in which Proscar interacted with other commonly used drugs. However, it is best that you let your personal health care specialist know about any other drugs, vitamins, minerals or nutritional supplements you are currently taking before starting the treatment, as there may be some circumstances where Proscar dosage needs to be adjusted, or special monitoring needs to be employed during the treatment.

Lozol (Indapamide) Uses, Side Effect & Information

Indapamide

Lozol (indapamide) is an oral antihypertensive/diuretic. Its molecule contains both a polar sulfamoyl chlorobenzamide moiety and a lipid-soluble methylindoline moiety. It differs chemically from the thiazides in that it does not possess the thiazide ring system and contains only one sulfonamide group. The chemical name of Lozol (indapamide) is 1-(4-chloro-3sulfamoylbenzamido)-2-methylindoline, and its molecular weight is 365.84. The compound is a weak acid, pKa=8.8, and is soluble in aqueous solutions of strong bases.

 Indapamide

Indapamide Uses

Treating high blood pressure alone or along with other medicines. It is also used to treat salt and water retention (swelling) associated with congestive heart failure.
Indapamide is a diuretic. It works by causing the kidneys to eliminate large amounts of water and salts.

Do NOT use indapamide if:

you are allergic to any ingredient in indapamide or to a sulfonamide medicine (eg, sulfamethoxazole)
you are unable to urinate
you are taking ketanserin
Contact your doctor or health care provider right away if any of these apply to you.

Before using indapamide:

Some medical conditions may interact with indapamide. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:
if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding
if you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement
if you have allergies to medicines, foods, or other substances
if you have heart problems (eg, irregular heartbeat, heart failure), liver problems (eg, cirrhosis), kidney disease, gout, lupus, problems urinating, or swelling
if you have severe or persistent vomiting, or low blood levels of sodium or potassium, or if you are on a low-salt (sodium) diet
if you have had a certain neurosurgical procedure (sympathectomy)
if you are receiving fluids through a vein (parenteral fluids)
Some MEDICINES MAY INTERACT with indapamide. Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (eg, ibuprofen) because they may decrease indapamide's effectiveness
Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors (eg, enalapril) because the risk of kidney problems may be increased
Diazoxide because the risk of high blood glucose levels, high uric acid levels, or low blood pressure may be increased
Adrenocorticotropin hormone (ACTH) or corticosteroids (eg, prednisone) because they may increase the risk of indapamide's side effects
Amantadine, antineoplastic agents (eg, cyclophosphamide), digitalis glycosides (eg, digoxin), ketanserin, lithium, or other blood pressure medicines because the risk of their side effects may be increased by indapamide
This may not be a complete list of all interactions that may occur. Ask your health care provider if indapamide may interact with other medicines that you take. Check with your health care provider before you start, stop, or change the dose of any medicine.

How to use indapamide:

Use indapamide as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.
Take indapamide by mouth with or without food. If stomach upset occurs, take with food to reduce stomach irritation.
Indapamide may increase the amount of urine or cause you to urinate more often when you first start taking it. To keep this from disturbing your sleep, try to take your dose before 6 pm.
If you miss a dose of indapamide and you are taking 1 dose daily, take the missed dose if you remember the same day. Skip the missed dose if you do not remember until the next day. Do not take 2 doses at once.
Ask your health care provider any questions you may have about how to use indapamide.
